x444 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "x444", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the x444 platform accessible at x444.cam.
• "Platform" means the x444 website, all associated web pages, APIs, mobile browser interfaces, and any related services provided by x444.
• "User", "you", or "Player" means any natural person who accesses or uses the x444 Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the x444 Platform that enables access to real-money betting and casino services.
• "Funds" means the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance held within a User's x444 Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and any applied bonus credits.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means a real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other betting market made available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by x444 subject to specific terms as communicated at the time of offer.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by x444 before a User may withdraw funds, including submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC.

By accessing the x444 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Bet, or using any feature of the x444 service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with x444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and x444. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Use of the x444 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account or placing a Bet, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. x444 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or wager on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily as an individual in your personal capacity and are not acting on behalf of a third party.
• You have full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or agent of x444, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or legal restriction applicable in your country or place of residence.

To access real-money betting and casino services on x444, you must register a single Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual (identified by CNIC, device, IP address, payment method, or other identifying information) constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani CNIC number, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functioning email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must notify x444 promptly of any changes via the account settings page or support team.
• x444 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
• x444 reserves the right to decline any Account registration application without providing a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your x444 Account credentials, including your username and password. x444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.

• You must not share your Account login credentials with any third party. x444 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• Any activity conducted from your Account will be attributed to you and treated as authorised, regardless of whether you were personally responsible for initiating it.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify x444 support immediately. x444 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the Account pending the outcome of that investigation.
• x444 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Account if it detects suspicious login patterns, multiple simultaneous logins from geographically distant locations, or other indicators of potential Account compromise.

x444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Transfer. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. x444 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa for KYC-verified Accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 hours. x444 does not guarantee specific processing times in the event of technical issues with third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the x444 Account. x444 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• x444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Transactions that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be reversed.
• x444 does not accept deposits made from credit facilities, overdrafts, or borrowed funds. Deposits should only be made from funds you own outright.
• Any attempt to charge back a deposit after funds have been used for betting will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action to recover the disputed amount.

All sports betting activity on the x444 Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, sport, and event. General betting rules include:

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the rules published by x444 for each specific sport and event type, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, UFC, football, and other covered markets.
• Once a Bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the User except where x444's rules expressly permit cash-out or in-play modification.
• x444 reserves the right to void any Bet that was placed at an incorrect or erroneous price due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account balance.
• x444 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or User Account without prior notice.
• Any Bet placed using funds that are the subject of a disputed deposit or pending chargeback will be voided.
• x444 does not accept liability for losses arising from delayed settlement, data feed interruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

All casino games available on x444 — including live dealer tables, slot games, table games, and game shows — are provided by third-party certified game studios. The following terms apply:

• All games are governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by x444 or any third party after a round commences.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot and table games are theoretical long-term averages. Actual results for any individual session may differ significantly from the stated RTP.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or slot game round, x444 will settle the round based on the state of the game at the time of disconnection in accordance with each game provider's stated rules.
• x444 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical failures on the User's device, internet connection issues, or third-party platform outages beyond x444's control.

x444 periodically offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback, and event-specific promotions such as PSL season offers and Eid bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer is accompanied by specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These specific terms take precedence over these general bonus terms in the event of conflict.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.
• x444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it suspects abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Each promotion is available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus via multiple Accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
• x444 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim bonus payments that were awarded in error or as a result of technical malfunction.

x444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Users manage their play. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure timed reminders that notify them of the duration of their active gaming session.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, the Account is temporarily suspended for betting until the period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used for betting or deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or indefinite self-exclusion from the x444 Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and may not be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. x444 will make commercially reasonable efforts to prevent excluded Users from re-registering during the exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any KYC or AML verification process.
• Registering more than one Account, whether in the same name or under different names or identities.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform's betting or gaming interfaces.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, where such activity is determined by x444 to be abusive.
• Colluding with other players in live poker or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Facilitating or allowing any person under the age of 21 to access the Platform or to place bets using your Account.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the x444 Platform, including but not limited to the x444 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software and code, text, graphics, images, audio-visual content, and betting odds data, is the intellectual property of x444 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the x444 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, reverse-engineered, scraped, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of x444. This prohibition extends to the unauthorised use of x444 odds data for any commercial or competitive purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x444 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or casino activity, whether arising from errors, omissions, technical faults, or any other cause.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events.
• Delayed, failed, or incorrectly processed deposit or withdrawal transactions attributable to the User's payment provider.
• Loss of data, Account credentials, or Funds resulting from the User's failure to maintain the security of their Account.

Nothing in these Terms limits x444's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

x444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to x444's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

x444 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. x444 may share data with payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud prevention providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the service.

x444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, x444 will notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to x444's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising under these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through x444's internal complaints procedure in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within 8 weeks of formal submission, Users may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified under x444's operating licence conditions.

x444 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside of x444's licensed operating territory. Users who access the Platform from outside the licensed territory do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
